Applications / Admissions Requirements

ADMISSION CHECKLIST
 

• Make an appointment to schedule a private tour.

• Complete the online application, upload the required documents, and pay the application/testing fee** of $175.00 for the first student, $45.00 for subsequent students.

• Please have the following documents ready to upload when completing your online application. 
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate*
  • Holy Communion Certificate*
  • Current and Prior Year Report Cards
  • Prior Year Standardized Test Scores
  • Immunization Record
    • New state requirement:  Immunization records must be signed and stamped by the doctors office.

• We also require teacher recommendations that must be mailed or emailed directly to the school.
• Plan to attend our New Student Testing.  The school will contact  you to schedule this.

• Upon acceptance, pay required fees** to confirm your child's place.
